QUICK TIPS FOR BODY DISCOMFORT
Correct positioning of your body while working at a computer workstation is essential to your comfort, as well as your work performance.

If you are experiencing discomfort or pain while working on your computer, choose that body area (wrist/hand, elbow, shoulder/neck, side/back, legs, and eyes) to examine possible causes for this discomfort and suggestions for improvement.
