Observations
Upper body is supported by the chair
Neck is in a neutral position
Feet are touching the floor
Wrists are in a neutral position

Comment

Overall, the employee feels that these changes are good starts. The new chair is rated as" Very comfortable", the mouse, keyboard and viewing images on the computer screen are all rated as "comfortable". The telephone headset is still needed to improve the inconvenience of getting the phone.
