Evaluation of Individual Workstations

The following are three examples of individual workstation summaries that list both the problems found through the three data collection techniques and the recommendations that can be implemented to reduce discomfort and injuries, some of which may have been caused by these problems.  Please refer to the discussion of the General Problems and Recommendations for a detailed explanation of the issues listed in each individual workstation evaluation.  These examples were chosen because they contain problems and recommendations that can be generalized to the majority of the workstations in the office.
