Tip 9: Do not rest your elbow or lean your forearm on a chair armrest while you are typing or doing another task. Use the arm rests to rest in when not typing or mousing.

Why?
• Avoids creating pressure points.
• Avoids compressing finger flexor muscles
• Avoids compressing ulnar nerve at elbow.
