Tip 2: Adjust your chair to sit in a reclined position, lean back slightly from an upright position.

Why?
• Increases comfort.
• Decreases lumbar disc pressure (lower back).
• Relaxes your back muscles.
• Minimizes pressure on the spine, neck muscles and vertebrae.
