Changes in scheduling:
Change lunchtime. A "post-lunch dip" in energy levels occurs after
lunch, one of the busiest times of the day. You might reduce employee stress by
setting the lunchtime back one hour, to allow the body more time to recover from
lunch.
Implement lunch shifts. If a lunchtime change is not well received by all employees,
stagger the lunchtime into shifts.
