In the spring 2011 semester the DEA4700 Applied Ergonomics Methods class undertook a project to evaluate the interface design for a new electronic medical records software program designed to run on Android phones. The software is being developed by Cronos Healthcare, founded by Dr. Anwar Hussain MD, MHA  and the project is being spearheaded by Manjunath Shetty MS.

 The students evaluated the interface design in terms of Human Factors and Usability principles. They were organized into the 4 teams shown below.
