CO-OP REQUIREMENTS: 
Candidates must:
	Possess a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
	Have full time status at the University 
	Pursuing at least a Bachelors degree
	Have a declared major and completed three semesters or six quarters towards that degree
	Have recommendation of at least one co-op/intern advisor or professor
	Provide proof of work authorization if enrolled under an international student visa
	Complete and pass a physical and substance abuse test before work term
STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF A CURRENT UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
COMPUTER AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: 
	Basic skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
	Ability to communicate with strangers, potentially in situations of conflict.
	Posses patience and the ability to speak calmly and deliberately when necessary.
	Must be able to keep sensitive data responsibly.
	Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in difficult situations.
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED: 
	Some background in measuring push/pull, lift and gripping forces.
	Understanding of percentiles, basic statistics, and OSHA record keeping.
	Experience with NIOSH RWL methodology is helpful.
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter injury/incident forms into database. Perform statistical trend analysis of injuries and incidents.  
Prepare weekly summary reports and statistics identifying injury trends, types and clustering.  
Examines jobs and job rotations to identify possible rotations for placement of associates with medical restrictions.  
Investigates incidents to gather information for root cause analysis.
