This could be your ideal job if you have 0 - 3 years of experience in general EH&S, and are interested in the dynamic world of consulting and you have a degree in Ergonomics. In this role you will be working onsite at one of our clients as an extension of their EHS organization.   You will be supporting our client's ergonomic program,  ergonomic scheduling and database management, and also performing office ergonomic evaluations.  You will support various projects with mentoring from current staff, be responsible for some report writing and eventually will manage small projects with management oversight.

Requirements: 

Ideally you will have 0 - 3 years of EHS experience with expertise in Ergonomics. In addition, the following skills are important to be a successful consultant at EORM.

• Building effective working relationships with teams of consultant and clients in all areas
• Performing project management and internal customer management
• Interacting effectively with clients to identify EORM services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use mathematics (including basic algebra and statistics)
• Ability to gather and organize data from multiple sources
• Ability to plan and implement projects
• Support Northern California, but may be required to travel to other areas occasionally.
