Title:  Usability Engineer

Location:  Madison, WI

Start:  Immediate

Introduction:  Usability Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience in web UI design and usability testing, advanced degree in Cognitive/Experimental Psychology (or equivalent experience), strong technical documentation skills.  Candidate would be leading multiple concurrent projects to provide usability services and expertise to our client, a major insurance company.  Must have VERY STRONG experience and background in usability design, testing, conducting user interface (heuristic) evaluations, applying usability standards and best practices, and facilitating user interface design sessions with project teams.  This person would need to quickly adapt to client’s design process and documentation styles, as well as be able to quickly pick up projects and handle with minimal mentoring.

Description:  Client is overhauling a number of internal and external web-based applications focusing operations/business support systems, customer care, and sales force support tools.
