Job Description   Applicant will be working in the Multi-mission Maritime Aircraft (MMA) Mission Systems Analysis and Integration Team whose function is to develop the user-interface for the operator workstation displays and controls. Duties will involve using Human Engineering principles, processes, and tools to define and document the Graphical User Interface (GUI) to meet end-user requirements. The applicant will work with the Human Engineering team, mission software personnel, and other members of the Design Coordination teams to develop and document the design of the user-interface components.
Required Skills   In addition, the position requires the ability and willingness to learn the human-interface aspects of complex military aircraft systems and operation, along with good written and oral communication skills. The job also requires an applicant's ability to perform job duties in a team environment, and as a self-directed individual.
Education   This job requires a Bachelors degree in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Experimental Psychology or Cognitive Psychology.

Notes   Applicant should have facility with the major Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Microsoft Front Page is desirable.
