American Institutes for Research (AIR) Internship
Gain valuable experience in
consumer product design and usability engineering research while receiving
course credit for college!
The American
Institutes for Research (AIR) is accepting applications for unpaid internships
for the Spring and Summer 2003 semesters. AIR is a not-for-profit research
company whose New England Office (located in Concord, MA- just outside of
Boston) houses one of the most well-known usability engineering groups in the
country.
Interns will
collaborate with AIR staff in conducting a research study, and will also have
the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the field of usability testing
and research. Research conducted at AIR has served as the basis for thesis
projects in the past.
For more
information about AIR, please visit our web site at
http://www.air.org/usability. To apply for an internship, please
send your resume to Mariah Levitt (Human Ecology ’03) at
mlevitt@air.org.
Note: Although this opportunity is unpaid, it is often possible to find grants for internships at not-for-profit organizations like AIR.
