Front-end Engineers

Sunnyvale, CA

Job Responsibilities:

Create sophisticated front-end client-side applications and systems using JavaScript, html, CSS, and PHP.  Work closely with User-experience Designers, Marketing teams, Product Managers, other Engineers to create world-class front-end technologies.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

·         Bachelors or Masters candidate graduating Fall of 2009 or Spring of 2010 

·         Solid understanding of object oriented programming (OOP) and event-driven programming

·         Experience with one or more scripting Languages such as PHP, Perl, JSP, or ASP

·         Experience with one or more technologies such as DHTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX

·         Strong communication skills and ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team

Preferred Job Qualifications:

·         Majors in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred

·         Cross-browser compatibility & browser degradation strategies

·         State management, dynamic content retrieval, or Human Computer Interaction and UI design

·         Exposure to Apache and HTTP and Web services - SOAP, REST, XML-RPC
