University of Alberta Office Building Environment Survey
 
This survey is part of an international research project (University of Alberta, Cornell University and Ithaca College) on occupant experiences in buildings on university campuses.
It asks about your experiences in the building you work in. There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer all questions in the survey- it should take approximately (15) minutes to complete.
All information gathered is anonymous and confidential and will be aggregated and used to inform the larger design community about occupant experience in modern buildings. 
It is important to note that this survey is not intended to identify, validate and/or respond to operational and/or environmental, health and safety issues.
All information collected is strictly for research purposes as outlined above.
The study has been approved by the Institutional Review Boards of the University of Alberta, Cornell University and Ithaca College.
This survey is being conducted by researchers at the University of Alberta (Adjunct Prof. Linda Miller and Prof. Anita Hamilton), Ithaca College (Prof. Julie Dorsey) and Cornell University (Prof. Alan Hedge, Prof. Ying Hua).
