Ithaca College Green Building Environment Survey
 
This survey asks you about your experiences working at your workstation in your LEED-certified sustainable building compared with your experiences of your previous workstation in your previous building.

There are no right or wrong answers to the questions, just give your personal impressions of your current workplace as accurately as possible. Please answer all questions in the survey- it should take approximately (15) minutes to complete. All of your answers are anonymous and will be treated in the strictest confidence by the researchers.

This survey is being conducted by researchers at Ithaca College (Prof. Julie Dorsey) and Cornell University (Prof. Alan Hedge).
