Wrist, Finger, and Forearm Posture
- Literature suggests a link between carpal tunnel pressure and wrist, finger, and forearm postures.
- Lowest carpal tunnel pressure was shown at 45 degrees forearm pronation, 45 degrees metacarpophalangeal angle, and neutral wrist postures (Rempel et al., 1998).
